I just want to be able to shoot photos on this fucking FD Mavica! This battery sat in the box dead for 20 years, I don’t have the shit to rebuild the battery, and Sony basically created battery DRM, so any third party batteries need hacks in order to work on this thing. I wonder if someone has an InfoLITHIUM L NP-F330 or NP-F550 that at least holds somewhat of a charge, even if that charge is only like 30 minutes at most. Like yes, those things still deteriorated, but if they’ve been charged on a semi-regular basis throughout their 2-decade-and-a-half existences instead of just sitting in a box for upwards of 20 years (like with this blasted thing), then they should at least be somewhat healthy.

I found an eBay listing with like two of these things, and the photos show them to be working.

This stupid camera suddenly popped up in my mind again because I thought “Well, the photo quality of this thing could be aesthetically good for something like an album cover :P”
