CONTEXT: My brother hasn’t gotten much better with the self-harming thing (he has a bunch of razor-sharp blades he put in an old Band-Aid tin), and also, his room is really fucking filthy; food items and silverware left everywhere, unfinished drinks that have started to harbor microorganisms, trash and biohazards left everywhere, and so much more.
